“We have had fantastic growth in UK the last five years and this acquisition strengthens our position further in the UK market. Among other things iFlorist has a well developed B2B offering, which we can apply in our other markets. In addition, we can incorporate their online business in our environment and create synergies affecting our EBITDA positively”, says Jesper Kärrbrink deputy chairman at Euroflorist.
