Litorina Kapital exits its holding in Fastighets AB Balder
On the 1 st of July 2005 Enlight transferred its operations to a new legal entity, Enlight International AB, which afterwards was distributed to the shareholders and listed on Nya Marknaden*.
Shortly after the transfer Enlight’s previous parent company was converted to a real estate business. The conversion was achieved through acquisitions of real estate valued at SEK 2000 million, using new issued shares as payment.
After these transactions Enlight’s original shareholders owned 100% of Enlight International AB and approximately 5,5% of Fastighets AB Balder. Litorina was leading the execution of the transactions that created a value appreciation for the shareholders exceeding 70%.
Litorina has per the 17 th of October divested all its shares in Fastighets AB Balder.
