Textilia has acquired Textilservice i Boden AB ("TSB"). In connection with the acquisition, TSB has reached an agreement with the County Council of Norrbotten to extend the existing textile services agreement with an additional two years, until 2014.
Textilia is the leading supplier of textile services for the public and private healthcare sector in Sweden and has the ambition to offer its customers a long term partnership based on responsibility, quality and continuous service development. The Textilia Group already has four production facilities in Karlskrona, Örebro, Långsele and Rimbo and current customers include e.g. the County Councils of Västerbotten, Västernorrland, Jämtland, Örebro, Stockholm, Kronoberg, Blekinge and a large number of municipalities and private healthcare providers. Textilia also offers textile services to hotels, restaurants and industrial customers.
In connection with the acquisition of TSB, the business is complemented with a production facility in Boden with ca 70 employees and in excess of 200 new customers. Through the acquisition, Textilia becomes a textile services provider with a truly nationwide coverage in Sweden.
