Litorina Kapital divests its 30% holding in PlymoVent to Euromate. Together the two companies will form a group, which will be the world wide market leader within in Air Cleaning Systems.
Litorina invested in PlymoVent in 2000 due to the potential in restructuring and developing the company. Substantial changes in the organisation and product portfolio have been carried out since the investment and the company has grown organically in its international markets and substantially improved its profitability. The company has 156 employees and generated a turnover of MSEK 280 in 2005.
