Litorina is a Swedish private equity firm that acquires and develops Swedish and Nordic companies in the lower end of the mid-market. We manage a total of SEK 4.8 billion in four funds, which we invest in control stakes in carefully selected companies that match our investment criteria. Our objective is to deliver attractive returns to our investors, through a disciplined approach and a focus on long-term industrial value creation in our portfolio companies.
We are an active partner to the management of our portfolio companies, and our industrial knowledge and experience allow us to support the companies in their continued development.
