Litorina is a Swedish private equity firm, which was founded in 1998 with the establishment of our first private equity fund. We are currently investing our third fund, Litorina Kapital III, which has a committed capital of SEK 1.4 billion.
Since our inception in 1998, we have invested a total of SEK 1.5 billion in 31 companies. This makes us one of the most active and experienced actors in our market segment in the Nordic region. Our current buyout portfolio comprises 12 companies with a combined turnover exceeding SEK 5 billion.
Our investment team of ten people has broad industrial and financial expertise, gained from leading positions in a variety of industries. Our headquarters are located in Stockholm but we also have a local presence in Gothenburg. In addition to the individuals in our own organisation, we also have access to an extensive network of industrial advisers with deep industry experience from leading Swedish and international blue chip companies.
