Litorina is a Swedish private equity firm, which was founded in 1998 with the establishment of our first private equity fund. Our latest fund, Litorina IV, was established in January 2011 and has a committed capital of SEK 2.5 billion.
Since our inception in 1998, we have invested a total of SEK 3 billion in 38 companies. This makes us one of the most active and experienced actors in our market segment in the Nordic region. Our current buyout portfolio comprises 16 companies with a combined turnover of SEK 8 billion.
Our investment team of thirteen people has broad industrial and financial expertise, gained from leading positions in a variety of industries. Our headquarters are located in Stockholm and we also have an office in Gothenburg. In addition to the individuals in our own organisation, we also have access to an extensive network of industrial advisers with deep industry experience from leading Swedish and international blue chip companies.
