Euroflorist strengthens its international presence through an acquisition in Poland

Euroflorist has through an acquisition of the remaining 51% of the Polish company Euroflorist SP. Z.O.O further strengthened its European presence. Euroflorist has since 1995 had a passive minority interest in the Company. Euroflorist Polen has annual revenues of approximately SEK 20 million, a nationwide network of florists and a significant potential to further development of the business.
