Peter Haveneth is 42 years old, and has experience from management positions at several different industrial and service companies. His previous roles include CEO of Vindora Utbildning, Ragn-Sells Renhållning and Snickers Workwear. His most recent position was as Senior Vice President at the Stena Line Group, with responsibility for areas including operational excellence, HR and communications.

“Grolls has experienced excellent growth in recent years, and has gone from being the leading Swedish professional workwear and personal protective equipment chain to become the Nordic region’s biggest specialist chain, with significant operations in Norway and Finland, too,” says Chairman of the Grolls Group Anders Grönlund. “Grolls’ future focus will be on continued expansion, and in order to keep growing at the same rate in future, we need to ensure that the right conditions are in place for this in terms of organisation, systems and effective processes. Peter will focus on leading the organisation and implementing a number of key projects that will enable Grolls to continue growing and to win market shares. Most of these projects have already been launched. I believe that Peter’s industry experience, combined with his ability to drive forward change processes, will be of great benefit to Grolls.”

“Grolls is an impressive business, and the role will bring many interesting challenges,” says Peter Haveneth. “Grolls will soon exceed SEK 1 billion in turnover, and needs to put processes in place that are adapted for a medium-sized, growing business. I look forward to joining the company’s committed employees on this exciting journey.”
